Following a Special General Meeting at the beginning of 2002, the club adopted a new Constitution. The Constitution closely follows the ASA recommended Club Constitution.
Small amendments to the rules were made at the 2002 AGM and the 2004 AGM.
Further amendments, in line with ASA recommendations, were made at the 2006 AGM
